Why I participate in Alpe d'HuZes?
This year, I am taking on the incredible challenge of participating in the Alpe d'HuZes, a unique sporting event where as much money as possible is raised for cancer research and for improving the quality of life of people with cancer.
But this event is not just a ride; it's a powerful statement of hope, determination, and the relentless fight against a disease that touches so many lives, including those in our family.
Cancer has affected us all in some way. Whether it's a family member, a friend, or a personal battle, we have all witnessed the devastating impact of this disease. I am riding to honor those we have lost, to support those still fighting, to celebrate those who have won their battle and wrestled their way back into life.
I want to contribute to the research that will one day find a cure. Alpe d'HuZes is more than a personal challenge; it's a collective effort to make a real difference. Every pedal stroke brings us closer to breakthroughs in cancer treatment and prevention. By supporting my ride, you are directly contributing to life-saving research and providing hope to millions of patients and their families. Your donation, no matter the size, makes a significant impact and will go 100% into high-quality and relevant scientific cancer research. All donations will be matched by PON (my employer who is supporting the PON team in its participation)
Together, we can push the boundaries of what is possible and move one step closer to a world where cancer is a thing of the past.
