Up that mountain once again

On the 6th of June 2016 my father past away after years of battling cancer. This year on the 6th of June 2024, exactly 8 years after his tragic death, I will once again climb the Alpe d’Huzes to raise money for cancer research. 

Having first hand experienced how this terrible disease can impact families and the knowledge that new people get diagnosed on a daily basis motivates me to again attempt this climb.

Last year I managed to collect 2.500 euro through all of your generous donations. I also managed to climb the Alpe 3 times that day. An experience that I will never forget, both the hardship and the support.

I hope that I can do the same this year. The climbing will be up to me but for the donations I once again ask for your support. All donations are appreciated no matter how small or big they are. Therefore if you can spare something you can use the below link for a donation.
