Why I participate in Alpe d'HuZes?
This year, I’m proud to be part of Alpe d’HuZes — an incredible event where participants walk, run, or cycle up the iconic Alpe d’Huez mountain to raise money for cancer research. It’s a day filled with passion, determination, and the collective strength of thousands working toward one goal: a world where no one has to suffer from cancer.
For me, participating in Alpe d’Huzes is more than just fundraising. It’s a serious personal challenge — a test of both physical endurance and mental strength. But although the climb is tough, I realize that every turn of the pedals is nothing compared to the real battles people face every day in their fight against cancer.
At Zanders, we participate because we believe that small actions, combined with collective effort, lead to big change. Training hard, conquering the mountain, and raising funds are our ways of turning determination into impact. It’s our privilege to sweat for something that matters so much.
